On Site Casita Rental

Invite your friends to relax and unwind in our cozy Casita, conveniently located on-site at 2727 Monroe. It comfortably accommodates 5 guests, with space for 6 if someone is okay with using a recliner. The Casita features a set of queen bunk beds, twin bunk beds, and a sofa that converts into a bed. You’ll find a refrigerator with a freezer, a washer and dryer, and an outdoor shower for your convenience. Inside, there’s a half bath. Enjoy TV, free internet, and access to a dumpster. We also offer outdoor patio furniture, a BBQ pit, and an electric burner for cooking breakfast indoors, with more amenities coming soon!

Spacious and comfortable sitting area

Relax after a long day of fishing or a day at the beach. A flat-screen TV is provided, along with free internet access to your favorite streaming services.

1/2 bath with washer and dryer

For your convenience, extra towels, cleaning supplies, sunscreen, bug spray, and more are available in storage. You’re also welcome to use the provided laundry detergent to keep your items fresh and clean!

Queen and Twin Bunk Beds

Our bunk beds can sleep up to 4 on the queen set and 2 on the twin. Extra bedding is provided onsite if needed.

Outdoor Shower

Our renters are always pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable an outdoor shower can be. The sand and mess from the beach can be a hassle, but it’s incredibly refreshing to rinse off outside and enter the house feeling clean. Let the sand wash away! Even in winter, it’s a delight to use, especially with the hot water!

Patio Area and Community BBQ Pit

Relax and enjoy a meal or hang out with friends in our spacious patio area. A community BBQ pit is available, and an outdoor kitchen is coming soon!
